Every year thousands of people are badly affected by the cold wave that sweeps the Northern regions, especially in Delhi. Godrej Ezee along with Rotary, Big FM and Goonj had taken the first step towards resolving the problem with this initiative in Nov 2006.

This initiative will provide the needy with winter wear to fight the severe cold waves which claims numerous lives every year.

Rotary club of Delhi Maurya is the parent body of the ground activities. Project director is Ms Deepshikha. Any individual who wishes to donate their winter wear can do so by visiting the nearest collection centre. List of centres is available here and can also be taken from our helplines 39191567 / 9313816518. There will be banners put up near each collection point to facilitate the donor. All the collection centers will act in sync following which the collected winter wear will be personally distributed amongst the homeless and needy.

Reliance Web worlds are also participating as collection centres and Goonj will distribute these clothes in 21 villages around Delhi.
