Cold weather heralds the arrival of colourful, warm, woolens for most of us. While we look forward to a joyous festive season and a fresh new year, many of us are oblivious to the harsher realities that winter brings with it. For thousands of homeless people, living on the streets of Delhi, the cold wave marks the advent of winter deaths. This is where Godrej Ezee – Raahat Ek Abhiyaan stepped in, three years back. Initiated by Godrej Ezee, Raahat Ek Abhiyaan, aims to spread warmth during winter, through Donation of Winter Clothing. What most people discard, we aim to collect, sort and distribute to the needy through this initiative. This initiative has been fortunate to have the support of Rotary International Dt.3140 since its inception. Delhiites have enthusiastically supported this initiative every year with generous donation.

This year this initiative is being enthusiastically supported by Fever 104 FM and NGOs Shades of Happiness, Smile and Tejas Asia.

Any individual who wishes to donate their winter wear can do so by visiting the nearest collection centre (for addresses click "Locate a Centre" or call on our our helplines 9717505445 & 9311351421-24 or sms "EZEE" to 54242. There will be banners put up near each collection point to facilitate the donor. All the collection centers will act in sync following which the collected winter wear will be personally distributed amongst the homeless and needy.
